the Gathering - Souvenirs

so... yet another briliant album from one of my most favorite bands. i'll just say that the fourth song, "you learn about it" is definitely one of the most beautiful songs i've ever heard in my entire life. her vocals are just astounding throughout the entire album. and the songwriting is as experimental as if_then_else, but much more mature. kinda like they combined if_then_else and how to measure a planet? great stuff. i'll give it a huge recommendation to anyone that can appreciate great songwriting and powerful female vocals.

The Gathering are amazing and so is the new album. Anneke's definitely my favourite female vocalist!

I have all their old stuff.......they are really good, and I do like their new direction........

its an effin shame anneke is leaving the gathering.now they're looking for a replacement for anneke.(?)no way man.at least change the name of the band.
