Do you have a band or type of music that you like to listen to but would never admit to? That music you listen to and sing along to when no one's around, but never let be known in the company of others?

Back in my home state there was a club that played all 70's and 80's dance music... and I know every word to every song...

my excuse: I used to work at a rollerskating rink, and that was mostly what they played... ok, so the music is the same age I am... but I love it anyway...

Jukebox Hero used to be one of my Fave songs, my dad and I used to listen to it all the time

I don't believe in guilty pleasures...why would I feel guilty about something that makes me happy? Because I'm worried about what other people will think of me? Pfft...screw that.

Having said that, I absolutely love defending Daryl Hall, and showing off my complete collection of Art Garfunkel solo albums biggrin

About a month ago I got so busted.

I have an end of the night DJ set of undeniable guilty pleasures that includes Marky Mark hisself, and the New Kids ON The Block.
So one night right before I'm about to get into the shower, I'm practicing set in question. My roommate (vespa666) comes in with about 5 common friends and 5 strangers, and they catch me, all but a towel, rockin' to "Oh Oh O-O-Oh...the Right Stuff"

Shame is for chumps.

The one thing I am proud of is while all my friends were swooning over NKOTB, was was on a steady diet of GNR and Metallica... and I seriously thought NKOTB had gotten back together the first time I heard the Backstreet boys (who my daughter loves... unfortunately)
