Post ITT if you're obsessed with Macs, or Apple products in general. Pics/stories/information, whatever.

I can't believe something like this doesn't exist already (or maybe I just sucked at finding it).

I was driven to make this thread when I saw the new Apple Magic Mouse and nearly creamed my pants at its beauty, simplicity, and overall amazingness.

Eh, my mouse already does all those things, and is more comfortable than that looks. Kind of neat though.

The reason I use a PC and not a Mac is because the PC is the "hotrod" of the computer... You can open it up and work on it and customize it to your liking and upgrade and tweak it all you want.. A Mac, though very fancy, is just that, the Aston Martin, or Bentley of the computer, and I'm much more of a blue collar type dude.. wink

Macs always seemed more like those squishy plastic and foam, baby toy computers; with "barnyard animal" buttons and tacitly pleasing surfaces that demean ones intelligence. It's all a little too gimmicky for my tastes. I also cannot abide by the single button mouse. I want my drop menus at my pointer tip! I have used Macs though, but only because I've been forced to for my field. They seem neither more stable nor intuitive than a PC.

Apple is a clever company, and puts out interesting accessories, I must admit.
But their Ad Hominem attacks on "Mr. PC" are weak indeed.

about the "drop menus at my pointer"... mac now has multitouch technology in its trackpads. you can configure it so that when you tap the trackpad with two fingers it serves as a right click. no need to even click a button wink

Please stop talking. You're making other Mac users look bad.
