Comedian Dane Cook has finally made it to B-list celebrity status. What is the litmus test I'm using to gauge such a normally immeasurable status? It's rumored that he is sleeping with everyone's favorite airhead, Jessica Simpson.

Cook and Simpson are working on a movie, Employee of the Month, together on location in New Mexico. They have been seen in public spending time together as well.

Then again, it could all be rumors in the media.

Like "close sources" have ever stopped us making up our own minds.

Maybe he is her "bucket of yuck?" Preety cute one, but she seems to be rebounding hard...and the media does like to speculate...

He has that Nick Lachey thing going on. That really tangible vomity thing.

He had a one night stand. An O.N.S. An Ons.

I guess I should have submitted this as news. I just put it up as a post on the boards yesterday.

I sure hope that Jessica Simpson has a nice "situation" and that it's and "excellent situation to be in."

Wait, Dane Cook is a comedian? Says who? Aren't comedians supposed to make you laugh? I've seen multiple fatality car accidents that are funnier than this man. Shit, Jessica Simpson makes me laugh more than Dane Cook...

I don't listen to Dane Cook on the same principle that I don't read Harry Potter or see the Notebook. Too many friends of mine with really poor taste enjoy him a lot.

he seems to be big with the "frat guy" types. he makes me laugh, but he's certainly not the brightest comic out there.

I think he does an excellent job packaging himself.
