What's the most anyone has bought (in terms of quantity) of items at Amazon.com?

Am I missing something here with the Super Saver? The Super Saver deal on Amazon allows for items to be a part of a bulk purchase that is free of shipping costs if the total purchase is over $25.00. As far as I know, these items do not have to have been purchased from one seller; one could buy from whomever and Amazon.com oversees that and accounts for it as one purchase.

So, if a customer commits to spending $25.00 in one visit to Amazon.com then those items which were participating in the Super Saver deal waive all shipping costs for each of those items.

Has anyone ever bought 2500 $.01 CD's?

In case you didn't know about the Used deals on Amazon.com various non-premium items are sold for literally one penny.

Here is the Details section for the Super Saver deals and I can't find anything stopping someone from doing this, but surely this isn't the case, is it? haha

1) Super Saver shipping only applies to items that are shipped by Amazon (some marketplace sellers have their orders fulfilled by Amazon and thus qualify).
2) You'd have to work way, way harder to abuse the Super Saver shipping than you would Amazon Prime, which (after a relatively trivial $80 annual subscription that can include up to...four, I think... entirely separate people and which can be waived entirely for students) provides free 2 day shipping on any item shipped by Amazon, with no minimum.

I see, so penny purchases by the dozen (shipped by Amazon) isn't a problem. wow, 4 separate people, that's pretty good. Thanks

It will say that the item qualifies for free super saver shipping, on the item description page, but that doesn't mean that anyone that you buy it from (if you click on the new or used links) has order fulfillment through amazon

http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B004H8FNGW/ref=dp_olp_used?ie=UTF8&condition=used

for example, if you purchase the camera from the first listing it is not included in super saver shipping, the second one is.
