What started out as an innocent day filled with buying adorable little puppies, turned into bone-crunching mayhem after Britney Spears and her mama, Lynne Spears, ran over a photographer. The photographer filed suit in Los Angeles Superior Court recently, claiming he suffered serious injury from the incident, which occurred over two years ago.

Reavley, who is suing Britney for an undisclosed sum, also filed a suit against Britney’s mother and Britney Touring, Inc. for over $25,000. The photog claimed he suffered injuries to his "head, neck, back, trunk and extremities, all of which have caused and continue to cause plaintiff great mental, physical and nervous pain and suffering." He claimed the "injuries will result in permanent disability."

Injuries to the head, neck, back, trunk, and extremities are very unfortunate, but can be avoided if one chooses to not jump in front of a moving vehicle.

She ran over his foot, not his neck. She should have run over his leg, would have at least given him something to worry about

Let's see...HE saw her backing up and HE rushed right up to get a shot. What are they supposed to do? Sit there all day while the paparazzi surround them taking pics?

this is a better development then the original story. how many people are still clamoring for britney spears pictures anyway? i never understood the obsession except when grown men (aka perverts) fantasized about an underage girl. well she did play to those fantasies but it doesn't make it any less creepy.

Other than the fact that Britney was the most loaded person in the vehicle, why is he suing her? She wasn't fucking driving! I can't believe I'm defending her.
