you could probably be safe getting there (security gate) a 30 min before the flight, but its risky. at 6 there shouldn't be a lot of traffic at the airport, but that also means no delays.
if you already have your boarding pass, i'd plan on being in line at security 45 min before the flight is scheduled for departure
If you are connecting on to an international flight they are going to want to check you passport and visa, you will need to check bags and such and they will be subject to extra screening and you may have to open the bags for them so I would give a solid hour before departure to be in line at the ticket counter. Sunday morning might not be too busy but then again there will not be that many agents at the counter that early in the morning so the line may be a bit slow.
The airlines recommend 2 hrs. prior for international but that is a bit much, just be at the counter 1.0 to 1:15 prior and it should work out ok. Enjoy France!
