Victoria Beckham offered to help new friend Katie Holmes lose her baby-weight. Beckham is notorious for amazing ability to look completely skeletal days after giving birth.

It's odd Holmes consulted Beckham for dieting tips, considering the former Spice Girl, during a photo shoot for potato chips, refused to eat a single chip for the cameras.
