can someone please explain to me how this commercial is offensive to some gays. clearly, not all because most guys i know (both gay and straight), find it hilarious. granted a lot of the women think it is a little juvenile but make a point to say, "hey, your commercial is on."
the commercial has been on for months now, but has been recently censored by editing out the, "silly little fairy" line.
its a f-ing fairy, she's cute, and tries to make eveything else cute, but can't do it to the car. not seeing the gay bashing here.
i dont find it very offensive but i dont find it very funny. sometimes if soemthing falls flat it could be offensive.
i see why someone would find it offenstive becuase some big tough looking dude calls someone a silly little fairy and then he is changed into some obviously gay dude to teach him a lesson.

I agree. I didn't find it offensive, but the ending, I can see where some people could get a bit upset.

i just like the noise he makes after he gets changed into the fairy. it still hasnt gotten old yet... " silly little fairy....awhoh!" Its almost the coolest noise since the noise Lando made in the Sarlacc pit when he thought Han Solo was Blind. I wouldnt even know how to type that one out. Somebody help me. You Star Wars nerds know what im talking about.

I don't see how what he was wearing was "Obviously Gay", looked more like a pastel tennis outfit to me.
...some big tough looking dude calls someone a silly little fairy...
He calls a little fairy, a silly little fairy. The only comment in the sentence is the word "silly".

Well, okay, so I don't agree with every word AndersWolleck said, sorry I didn't clarify. I don't think she changed him into an 'obviously gay' looking guy. Just a bit more of a 'prep' look, more or less. I suppose I can see, though, where people would get the idea that it's implied he's turned into a gay man.
But come on. It's a car commercial with a very pretty fairy. Just put your focus on her.

That fairy was hot. The one with the wings, not the one walking his dog!
That's the part I don't get about the commercial. One of the selling points of the car is supposed to be that it repels hot women with wings and magical powers? I'm supposed to see this as a good thing why, exactly? "Dodge Whatever, the car so macho you'll never have to see another hot chick ever again!" Hell yea, sign me up!!

Dodge claims the car can not be transformed into a unicorn.
