X-Men:Last Stand

Wow. just saw it and if you're a fan of the movies/comics you'll love/hate it with some of the plot twists.

I just came back from it.

I think of all the new forms of marketing Fox has tried with this movie, their most effective was lowering expectations so very, very much with all the rumors of script rewrites, cluster fucks, and last minute editing, that there was no possible way you could go in and be disappointed.

My thoughts:

-I fail to see what took a year of production and $210 million to make. The movie didn't look cheap, just not worth its price tag.

-It's not so much a movie as the ending to a movie. So much happens so quickly that literally the whole movie feels like a third act.

-I wondered how they were going to get all those mutants into 104 minutes, and as expected each mutant got about 3 minutes of screen time.

-It's about as un-PG-13 as it could get without cursing or showing nudity. I think this movie might hold the record for most deaths with barely an ounce of blood shown.

-Juggernaut will be the new Rick James to sad little internet kids everywhere.

She got her 3 minutes, and the biggest laugh of the night.

The girl that plays Kitty Pride is working really hard at making me develop a crush on her between this and Hard Candy.

I haven't seen X3. I don't plan on seeing X3. But, holy shit, if any of you saw the movie "Hard Candy", then you would know that Kitty Pryde was NOTHING TO FUCK WITH.

She's 19, so my thoughts are perfectly legal

Make sure you stay past the credits.

Apparently she looks better the longer her hair is. She's like the Samson of Cute.

Is it just me or does anyone else think she looks like that Leech kid, you know they kid who has been type cast as the creepy kid in every movie he has been in?

Sorry, I just had a total brain fart. Gambit isn't in the movie; I was thinking of Beast.
