Jerky!

Is there a more perfect food? Probably.
Is there a more perfect food that can last for ages in your glove compartment? I fucking doubt it.

Jerky is incredible. In Australia, good jerky costs between $100-160 per kilo. Which is kind of fucking ludicrous. But it speaks of the awesomeness of jerky.

I agree, jerky can last until the end of the world if properly stored in ones glove compartment or trunk.

Actually when I was landscaping, we used to keep a pack incase one of the kids who worked for us got hungry.

There was nothing more fun then saying:

“Why would we go eat lunch now?! We have loads of jerky in the bed of the truck, go eat that then get back to work. “

when i hire children for back-breaking manual labor and they ask for something ridiculous like water or a break, i make them watch me eat jerky made out of the last kids who got out of line.

Fuck yeah when i went to south africa i used to eat the stuff all the time. I used to like choosing what kind of dried animal i was going to eat that day, ie cow, kudu, ostrich etc . I've never had jerky but i guess it's the same meaty treat.

Slim jims taste way better than you are trying to make them sound. But they have nothing on proper jerky. Partially defatted cooked beef fatty tissue is my favorite kind of fatty tissue.

There used to be a South African shop where i used to live in Bromsgrove. They sold it there but yeah it was really pricy. There's various places in London and i think there's a place in Cardiff but i haven't checked it out yet.
