If Harold Ramis is involved, Bill Murray won't do it.

I'm sorry guys, but not having Bill Murray is a god-send. He is the most overated and least funny actor in Hollywood, well... seconded only by Dennis Miller. Still... I hate Bill Murray with a passion.
Having Ben Stiller in this film might actually make the Ghostbusters franchise good again.

You're new to the site so I'll go easy.
Bill Murray has been making with the ha-ha since before I was born, he is only finally getting his due. Dennis Miller is not an actor, by his own admission and lastly (deep inhalation)
THERE IS NO GHOSTBUSTERS FRANCHISE! YOU WOULD NEED MORE THAN ONE FILM FOR THAT AND THERE WAS ONLY ONE FILM, GHOSTBUSTERS! GHOSTBUSTERS II IS SOME HORRIBLE URBAN LEGEND, LIKE TUBGIRL OR MICROWAVED POODLES OR SOME WHACKED OUT SHIT LIKE THAT! (exhalation)
Thanks for listening,
Rizzo

No Ghostbusters 2? Boy 'cause I could've sworn I've seen it so many damned times that I wanna slit my wrists (try watching Comedy Central, they play probably at least once a month, along with most of Bill Murray's other un-funny movies). OK, and if Dennis Miller isn't an actor, then that would make Bill Murray the least funny actor in Hollywood. You may like him, but in my opinion, he's a douchebag.

Oh, and here Ghostbusters 2, definitive proof for you.

*sigh*

Being the resident Ghosthead, I'm going to put this issue to rest once and for all.

There is a big probability Ghostbusters 3 will not be made. This probability is comparable to the event that dogs and cats will live together. There was a big discussion about this years ago, but Bill Murray would not give the thumbs up (thank god).

Ghostbusters 2 exists just as Highlander 2 exists and Matrix Revolution exists. May not be the best of movies, but denial will not get anybody anywhere.

For more precise information on Ghostbusters from people who know what they are talking about: http://forums.ghostbusters.net/ , specifically: http://forums.ghostbusters.net/forum-3.html

Thank you and Good night.

It's not bad idea, but Stiller will make it dumb. I want to see Ghostbusters meet the Deadites...!

The game's storyline is being written by Dan Aykroyd and Harold Ramis, the writers of the original films. They, along with Bill Murray and Ernie Hudson, will also lend their voices and likenesses to the game. Several supporting cast members, such as William Atherton (Walter Peck), Brian Doyle-Murray (as the new mayor of New York) and Annie Potts (Janine) have also signed on; however, Rick Moranis (Louis Tully) declined to be a part of the game, explaining his reluctance to work after the death of his wife and being a single parent. Sigourney Weaver (Dana Barrett) also declined to be a part of the game.

I'm looking forward to it.
