I actually feel kinda bad for Britney. Her life has become a real mess as her career is basically nonexistant, her husband is the biggest douchebag on the planet, she's gone from looking totally cute to becoming a blob encrusted in Cheeto dust, and she's pregnant again (probably by mistake), which basically means the nightmare is not going to end any time soon.
Add that to the fact that because she is in the public eye all the time, any and every mishap or moment of bad judgement that would otherwise be not a big deal if it happened to non-celebrities or celebrities that don't have the white trash/hillbilly stigma that Britney and KFed do would go unnoticed or be brushed off. It seems to be getting to the point where people are overly picky and judgemental just for the sake of being assholes and the only time she ever gets any kind of recognition or acknowledgement anymore is when she fucks up or her husband acts like a dick. I can see why one would feel shitty about that.

Yes, I"m sure every mother has tripped while holding her child, but it's really the bigger picture here though. She flups up time after time and seriously needs some kind of intervention on how to be a better parent.

Michael Jackson holding his baby over the railings of a balcony was way stupider than Britney tripping over her own trousers. Mums holding the baby in one arm while doing stuff with the other is historical. Not necessarily quaffing G&J but whatever.

It's not as if Britney is going to be around in ten years time, she's already just famous for being famous. She should go back to school, get an education and get a real job. If she wants to twat away her life how can anyone have any sympathy for her?

Why do I even give a toss?

None of us will ever understand the pressure that this poor girl has to face everyday. It's easy to forget that behind the "Britney" we all know, lies a terrified inexperienced mother with the worlds eye all over her.

jesus christ will anyone ever leave her the fuck alone? im not voicing anger at this thread, but the fucking media...my god. as a parent myself, if i had idiots following me wherever the fuck i went, id be dropping kids like bombs.

granted, shes clueless. she puts her kid in the carseat backwards, she doesnt realize that smoking during pregnancy is bad, shes obviously a terrible human being. you know what? my parents used to smoke pot when i was a kid, my mom left me alone one time for a half hour when i was 3 only to have the cops waiting for her when i got home, my father was an utterly useless douchebag who never did a goddamn thing, my mother threatened to kill herself to get me to listen to her on multiple occasions and i turned out just fine. ive never done a drug in my life, never tried smoking, rarely drink, dont break the law in any way (short of looking at boobies on the internets LOLZ) and in general dont suck as a person or a parent.

britney is probably a better parent than 98% of parents on this planet. shes a touch clueless, but for the love of god, leave her be. if any of you are truly worried about the safety of her kid, just drop this shit. if youre looking to make yourselves feel better about yourselves by trashing her parenting skills, god bless. just realize thats what you are doing.

</end rant>

You and I had the same upbringing and we came out the same. I also have to agree about Britney Spears. The way she was being herded around, a stumble (because it didn't look like she was in the middle of a full fall to me) was inevitable. I'm the clumsiest person on Earth and God knows I've stumbled many times when not drunk. This is why I stuck to a stroller when my kids were babies, though. You worry enough about whether you're a good parent, when you're a regular person. I guess this is why so many celebrities barely enter the public eye with their infants.
