I remember this as being a brilliantly messed up slice of early 90's television. However I've never been sure whether it was as good as I thought it was, or my opinion was predjudiced by the recreational substances I was using at the time?!

Does anyone else remember this????

one of my favorite episodes is when that tupper ware (sp?) lady moved in on the block, and her and her twin sons remained ageless because they

SPOILERS! (Click to view)
slept in tupper ware every night!

it was way awesome.

I don't remember that one - are you sure you saw it?! The idea's fantastic though. Was this the trippiest young-person-oriented programme ever?

it was the shows premiere. the show got a silly nearer the end, but was always based on good old fashioned scifi, and that show was just the bodysnatchers motif, replaced with age stopping and silly tupperware. the end is great

SPOILERS! (Click to view)
as the two young rotund crewcutted twins (ie 1960s) boys dont sleep in tupperware and instantly grow 30 years, into two rotund crewcutted men. thier mother dies, alas, without the tupperware shes past her expiration date.

the twins leave the scene, smiling knowingly

I loved that show.
Good times, the ATM with the heart of gold was where it kept giving the little kid (simon?) money and then i think it went evil.

The mom didn't die. At the end of the episode she appears at the window as an old, old woman and asks her sons what they're doing down there, then ends by muttering, "Such good boys..."

Not that I'm such a complete pointdexter that I would remember details like that, or anything... blush

True. I went through the entire season just a couple months ago.

What I'm really waiting for, however, is "Are You Afraid of the Dark?" to come out on DVD. That day shall be one of beauty!

I really have no memory of this episode, although my memory pre 1994 is pretty hazy. I entirely blame Glastonbury 94, my first in fact. My friends very often remind me of how I was blissfully watching Bjork, unfortunately pointed in the wrong direction away from the stage. Amazing drums!!!!

Anyhow, Eerie Indiana. I remember the last episode where Marshall discovered that Eerie was a film set and everyone was referring to him as Omri(?!) his real life name. Real life imitating art imitating life crazy shit. Loved it. I also loved Dash X, crazy young dude with massive white hair. Maybe my affection for this guy stemmed from my own hair greying prematurely. He could be my evil double?!
