CELEB: Boy Band Dude Gets Drunk, Goes for a Drive

Drunk-driving and boy bands seem to go hand-in-hand nowadays, and another pop star has been arrested for doing just that. The moderately-attractive one from Nick Lachey's old band, 98 Degrees, faces charges stemming from an arrest last month for driving while intoxicated and driving without a license.

Jeff Timmons took his bitchin’ white Mercedes for a spin on April 23rd while totally blasted out of his fucking mind. The police noticed and pulled Timmons over for speeding.

Timmons apparently had a good excuse for driving drunk—his homeboy was even more fucked up than he was.

His attorney, possibly the newest or the dumbest member of the bar, claimed the arrest was just a simple mistake on the part of Brevard County police.
