I never really got the "sunglasses at night" thing. Once, I (not at bandcamp) took a busload of people to an Air Force Band thing downtown. I had my regular glasses in my car, and left work - driving the bus wearing my sunglasses. When it came time to leave, I had to drive back still wearing my sunglasses...at night. We made it back ok, but visibility was limited, and I was not very comfortable. My passengers did not seem to be upset though.
