yknow she was my original choice when my friends and i had a discussion over this role. i just think she could pull it off the best!

She's playing the crazy toad-hating chick in the Eragon movie. Angela..that's it..the only female in the series worth a rats ass.

I think if you are gonna use a singer it would have to be Pink - shes such a huge Janis Joplin fan and her covers of the songs that I have heard have been amazing!

I vote for Tedeschi - and perhaps her husband, Derek Trucks of the Allman Brothers Band could provide some guitar work.

When I was a little girl, I first watched a video of Janis doing a live performance of "Cry Baby" and I fucking wept at the depth of soul coming screaming out of that woman.

I can't imagine any of these choices for her role coming anywhere close to that, or even SUGGESTING that. Ever.

I think Joss Stone would be absolutely perfect for the role. She has always reminded me of Janis Joplin.
