Patricia Heaton is fucking creepy. Did you see how she acted during the Terry Schiavo case? It was really off-putting.

Also, why is it admirable for "getting some non-hetero representation"? I can see if she's going to be a good host...or citing the fact that she's been in the entertainment business for so long...but celebrating the fact that they hired a gay employee seems, I dunno. I don't want to come off as intolerant because I'm really not. It just seems weird to take the attitude that "It's about time they hired a non-hetero".
