AMT(the drug)

okay. i've been reading alot on amt on erowid.org. Can anyone offer me any more personal experience on this drug. I find it very fascinating. I've read reports from people saying that the trip was harder then taking 5 hits of acid. The fact that is legal is amazing. I believe I will be ordering some real soon.

Are you sure you are'nt thinking of DMT. Cause that is some wicked crazy halluciongenic.....MUUUUUCH more powerful than LSD....although the trip is much, much shorter. If this isnt what you are talking about...I at leat suggest looking into DMT as well.

yes its definetly not dmt. Look it up on erowid. DMT like you said is a much shorter come down. Where as AMT lasts for around ummm 13 hours in total. Totally different drug. Thanks tho.

AMT is fun... I haven't done it in quite a while, so I'm not up on dosages, but erowid should have something.
It's definitely a good time, it's like a very LIGHT dose of LSD mixed with a light dose of MDMA, then prolonged for 10-13 hours or so.
It's not intense really, just a very smooth almost floaty feeling. It causes EXTREME photosensitivity. Seriously, a few days of taking it and you'll start to feel like a vampire. You won't be able to go outside without dark shades, even on cloudy days, electic lights will be like little pins poking into your eyes. Flourescent lights will be more intense than you've ever seen.

Watch out though, it's legal, but not really. It's perfectly legal to purchase or posses it, but only for research purposes. Human consumption is illegal, and occasionally they go around and start checking lists. Most places will only sell it to you if you send the order in on stationary from a laboratory (though that can be faked, or if you have an account from a chemical supply company).
If you find a source let me know, I'd avoid the stuff unless you're experienced, just because the length of it, and the after effects can be quite disconcerting...

Thanks for the information. Yeah I'm looking into all these legal chemical drugs because the fact that they seem easy to get a hold of. Acid and Shrooms(drugs that make you trip) are fairly uncommon is this area(Atlanta) these days. And basically these are my favorite drugs. MDMA also but that is fairly common here. Anyways. If you have any more information you'd like to share I would be interested. Thanks again.

If you like shrooms I'd suggest growing your own. It's not hard at all to find sites on the internet that will sell you spores, and the rest is pretty easy!

if you're into "research chemicals" i'd bypass the AMT and try to get your hands on a DMT analogue or (like sabine suggested) some foxy methoxy. the DMT is a good start if you want to play with tryptamines: shorter duration, and far-more intense. be SURE you have a sober sitter just in case you decide to do something wacky.

remember, if you take too much of the stuff you start seeing quantum elves and hyperdimensional weirdness.

I'm interested in trying some DMT, but I don't have the patience to process my own using the instructions found on erowid.org or DMT World and I lack the connections in the pharmaceutical research community to order it. Does anybody know how to procure this without generating a lot of fuss...?

This girl I went to school with recently died from a 5-MeO-AMT overdose.
