okay. not to sound like a huge tool - but i met them before a concert... and they were sooo nice!

Who was the guy he assaulted?

considering the rumors we heard with him and paris hilton i can't say i'm at all surprised...

me either. that's terrible. and it's really sad because he probably won't ever have to deal with the consequences of any of this.

Mike Tyson had a willing girl, but instead of doin' her right... he assaulted, brutalized her & raped her. So I agree this is not at all a viable defence. Even if a girl is "sexually willing" assault is still assault... & personally think that's still really creepy. And even if a guy is thronged by girls... a creep is still a creep!

having girls being attracted to you is not defence for sexual assault. Sexual assault goes back to deviant behaviour; it does not necessarily go back to getting enough sex or not getting enough sex. It goes back to the subconcious definitions of "willingness "and " sex" as concepts and the conflicts which arise as a result.

As far as I know being sex starved/ horney had never been a motviating factor in cases such as these.

Sad ....

(the defence and the nature of the crime; by the way who is this mysterious PA, he should have something to say, what were the charges brought against him)
