Sony PSP or Nintendo DS?

Metroid Fusion and Metroid: Zero Mission both have the original NES Metroid as part of the package. (or, if you're a complete idiot, you can buy it separately for slightly less money, as part of their NES classics lineup.). Zero Mission is a remake of it, and is the one to get if you don't have a Gamecube, since unlocking Fusion's original Metroid port requires you to hook it up to Metroid Prime on the Gamecube.

(Though they're both far better games than the original, which is positively painful to play in this day and age.)

i'll keep that in mind to get zero, rather then fusion... unless fusion is fun to play as well.

i'm still hoping they do a port of the metroid snes game that came out... LOVED that game... but have a feeling it used to many buttons.

Fusion is pretty rocking, yeah. It's just not the one to get if you're looking for the original NES Metroid.
