Ok I need some help,

I’m having a problem getting on to a site, each time I go on it I get loads of text, its some sort of code…. To be honest I have no idea what it is but I know it shouldn’t happen, I’ve gone to there help section and sent an e mail and they have written back asking me to send them a screen shot showing them what happens when I log on,

How exactly do I do this as I have no idea?

do you have a graphics program like irfanviewer or photoshop? if not, hopefully you at least have something like MS Word.

either way, go to the site, and press the "PrtSc" button on your keyboard - that will save what's on screen in your computer's memory ("clipboard"). open up your graphics program or Word and paste it in there (Ctrl - V)
