Where's his swastika? Didn't he used to have one on his forehead?

It was a superficial carving and probably healed ages ago.
and that's actually an older parole hearing, I'm pretty sure.
(I've seen it before )
His last parole hearing was in 2002 and he refused to be shackled, so he didn't even attend.
