Be careful; they can break open in there. The silicone and other chemicals can cause illness when they spread throughout the body. I'm not saying you shouldn't do it or whatever, but you should be aware of that danger before you make your descision.
I've just been advised not to get one. Apparently it's a higher risk of breast cancer?
Someone here told me that they've seen people who've had awful experiences with them.
Think about ALL of the factors. They are NOT permanent and you will have to have them removed or redone in about 15 years. The scarring however IS permanent and once you get them you don't just get them taken out without seeing some sagging, etc.
Just think about it and make sure you do your research well when you select a doctor. Don't be cheap as your body is the only one you've got.
Do your research and find a good plastic surgeon - talk to people, see who has a good reputation and who doesn't. Then make an appointment for a consultation - talk to the doctor about your concerns, feelings, etc. Going for a consult isn't going to lock you into anything.

Good luck!
when the time comes, and if i decide i feel safe enough to do it, i fully plan on researching for the BEST. my dad is a doctor, and i'll likely go with his recomendation.

Given the aforementioned risks and concerns, why just "a little larger". For the ordeal you'll go through, why not "medium to big" larger?
Some possible answers:
The larger you go, the less natural they look.
The larger you go, the more rude comments you get from assholes.
The larger you go, the more guys you get leering at you every day.
ALSO: Petite frames don't need big implants. A 5'0" girl with a C-cup looks like she has huge breasts. A 6'2" girl with a C-cup looks like she has medium-sized breasts.
All good points.
prettypinklush any reference to where you are and where you are heading?
I got the surgery like three months ago and nothing bad happened. I got informed before doing it, I got informed about the operation and the doctor. You don't expose yourself necessarily to breast cancer. You still can have babies after and breast feed them. it's not gonna change anything, you're just gonna look happier. The only thing is... make sure your doctor is good, ask for pictures of his work and don't be shy to ask him questions.
You can choose to have them made with silicone or with salty water... the silicone one it more expensive. And for the questions about if they break,, the one made of salty water will be evacuated through your urine. The one made of sillicone, will break but they will stay there, the doctor will need to remove them. There is no danger if they break , other wise, he won't do it.

When you are looking for a doctor, be sure to look at his before and after pictures.
Some doctors have after pictures for every few months after. These are good. As the swelling goes down.
Many doctors have websites with these pictures.
Something you might try, is ask women who have had them done in your area. Go to a local nudie bar. See them in the flesh. See the ones that look natural and the ones that look plastic. I'm sure the ladies would be happy to talk about their money makers and their doctors.

That sounds so incredibly gross.
So does a description of a car wreck. But we still drive cars.

I'm not sure how implants bursting in your boobs is similar to a car wreck.

I didn't say the events were similar.
Both descriptions are unpleasant, but that doesn't discourage us from doing them nor should it.

I don't know about you, but the thought of my breasts bursting and pissing saline implant fills me with enough dread to totally be put off the idea of getting surgery - and I'm really unhappy with my breast size.
However, the possibility of a car wreck doesn't put me off driving because I'm not a total fucktard at the wheel.

You don't have to be a fucktard at the wheel to be killed or mangled in an auto accident and just because you get implants it doesn't mean they will rupture.

Sure, when we drive we feel in control. Found some info that listed the US "deflation" rate at 7-9% per patient (not implant).
BTW-You look great and your size is fine. And if you want to contest it, go ahead, I'll start a thread on it and make you a believer.
