The way I see it.. The first photo people type down is the one that they have chosen to be winner. The second is like an "honorable mention" I know that sometimes it doesnt work like that..but I have noticed that a lot of people do this, including myself. I guess I just wanna compliment the other photos that struck my fancy.
But ya. Just the way I see it...carry on
