It's directed by Tarantino. I'd like to love on Cronenberg and Lynch, but frankly I don't like every single movie they've ever made (Scanners left me cold, as did Spider. Lynch...well, Dune. And I didn't really find Blue Velvet all that interesting.) Unlike Tarantino.

....I'm trying to come up with more, but frankly, it's a *lot* easier to predict suckage than a good movie. Something can look killer right up until you actually see it and then...well.

Whereas something that shows the signs of suck will almost always suck.
