This is about as stupid as considering letting the founderof the Crypts live.

Well, at least we know that our tax dollars are going for a good cause. Like keeping criminals in...... Wait, did that say a rope made out of bed sheets? Good lord, this is ridiculous....

i hate the fact that they killed that man ...you know it wasnt the first story regarding absolution and a former actor turned california governor ...anyone familiar with the story of the 1960's band The Doors will remember the trial singer Jim Morrison saw for accusations made against him in miami in 1969 ...but few realize that Morrison's lawyer had a close link to then california governor ronald reagan and that reagan had the authority and had originally decided to have the charges made against Morrison 'thrown out' ...and then reneged on his decision under pressure from his advisors of it being a political move not advantageous to the governor's political career ...of course, these days, when on-stage concert nudity is a staple of some rock frontman, such as Tool's Maynard James Keenan, the trial Morrison endured would have to be viewed as ludicrous at best ...why am i saying all this? ...as an illustration of a civilization's manner of regard for it's values, which includes it's tendency to reactionism and the question of it's psychological maturity ...america is a very young civilization ...you know, throughout the entire european union capital punishment is illegal, it is considered wholly barbaric, utterly inhumane ...those are countries, civilizations, societies, and cultures hundreds and hundreds of years older than america's ...america's manner of regarding it's own societal values, as far as i am concerned, has always been at best idealistic, and, at worst, and nonetheless, extremely immature, utterly unsophisticated ...even now california (one of the strongest pro-capital-punishment states in the country voter-by-voter) is facing what may be the end of it's ability for capital punishment due to the realization that there is apparently no known way to humanely kill a human being ...now how long has it taken them to figure that out?

honestly, i still do not know what makes a person who thinks that murderers should die by capital punishment psychologically any different from the murderers themselves ...psychologically both think people deserve to and should die ...honestly, i do not see the difference at all

Richard Ramirez: great bone structure, nice head of hair, cheeky smile, legion of female fans. Killed at least 13 people.

Ed Gein had his fair share of groupies/fans as well. That was back in the 50s. It's nothing new, but it still makes me want to puke
