New PC??

hey I want a new PC that I use mostly for gaming and music and stuff. sometimes I watch dvds on my pc but not always. i play a lot of World of Warcraft and sometimes some Half Life but not so much anymore. mostly just warcraft.

anyway I am looking at the FaceMelter from http://www.jinglehorse.net and the Aurora from http://www.alienware.co . I like alienware but my friend had some really bad support with them.

does anyone have any recommendations for me? Thank you.

i need customer support so building my own isn't really an option. i wont buy from dell either. I don't want to talk to someone who doesn't speak english well.

The Alienware machines are nice. Is Falcon Northwest still in business?

Falcon is like 5k per computer its way too much
