I live in a dorm room with no roommate so my bathroom door stays wide open wile in there, no matter what Im doin, but the girls next to me use it too and sometimes when I go in there their door will be open and i have to close it, and that gets on my nerves.
And yes, I've had a mini freak-out over no tp whe it was right in front of me

A) I'm about 50/50 on closig the door whwn alone. If someone is at home, I'll generally use the one in my room and close both doors. Unless something is hanging over the top, and then I'm just lazy about it.
B) No panic attack. But I have freaked when in a public rest room and only noticing when its too late... Then you just have to wait and make sure you're alone and swallow your pride (several large gulps) while you stagger/hop to the next stall hoping for the paper...

I carry pre-moistened baby wipes with me wherever I go, so I never have this problem. ...and, no, I don't have a baby...I'm just concerned about cleanliness and chafing.

I really hate when I am enjoying a nice crap, maybe reading something on the can, and someone starts talking to me from outside the bathroom door. What the hell is wrong with people?
