I just watched Bride & Prejudice (awful movie,) and saw a lot of Indian clothing. I'm wondering, for anyone that knows, what is it called? It looks extremly comfy! I want to get a shirt and pants, but I have no idea where to get it (online I know) and what I'm looking for. Does it come in a shirt/pant set? Or do I buy it seperate? I must sound like an idiot. But I actually looked a bit at some online Indian clothing stores and I can't make head or tails of what is what.
maybe nodoby knows.....i know that the female dress thing is a sari

i haven't seen the movie, so i don't know what you're referring to in particular. and there's a lot of different types of Indian clothing, but one style that i've always liked is the Nehru jacket/shirt, with the high collar. too bad i'm a fucking fat slob to pull something like that off, but oh well...

nono its not those, but those are cool too....i think hes talking about those loose fitting pull over shirts, like cotton ones and they have vnecks with some design around it....
hey, I was just going to see that movie the other day. maybe it's best that I didn't . my girlfriend is indian so I have a few things that she brought me. my favorite is my lungi, which is basically a skirt that guys wear over there. I don't were it around town or anything but when it's hot and I'm hanging out (no pun intended) at home it's nice and cool. I know some of the pants are called pyjamas (hmmm, I wonder where we got that word?) the shirt is a kurta. it's long and cotton with the nehru collar. nice and cool as well. if it's the shirt you want, I have an extra. wanna trade something for it?
