Ha Ha Ha Ha!!!!! I'd like to ride roller coasters for a living. Is that an occupation in this utopia?

I should expect it would be. In fact I'm going to bet that there is a whole franchise of roller coaster riders in utopia.

And I bet the roller coaster are hella cool compared to what we have now!!

Can you imagine if every little kid that wanted to build roller coasters all grew up doing it, so that we had hundreds of brands of roller coasters and only one brand of soft drink (say) how cool the roller coasters might be, and that there would be a need for people to ride them professionally to evaluate them in the great international rollercoaster competitions?
