The most I've been disturbed in a movie was House of 1000 Corpses when that dude got turned into the amazing fishboy. But I laughed my ass off when he got slapped in the face by his hacked off arm.

Although I did have a nightmare the othernight about Aphex Twin's "Come To Daddy" film clip. I dunno if that counts.

I haven't seen Yentl with Barbara Streisand but I could imagine it being the most disturbing movie ever made.

FACES OF GORE - one of the most disgusting things i have ever seen (and i've seen quite a lot)
ALL NIGHT LONG 2 - as sick as it gets,,,
ALL NIGHT LONG 3 - not as violently as part 2, but also very disturbing
GUINEA PIG 1 - pseudo Snuff
CANNIBAL HOLOCAUST - i hate it
UNTOLD STORY - too sick to be entertaining in any way
MEN BEHIND THE SUN - who actually needs such shit??
LUCKER THE NECROPHILIAC - you get the picture... (no compare to the outstanding NEKROMANTIK films)
TOXIC AVENGER 4 - i just to like Troma up until that crap came out, it's too much to be funy

films I like:
IRREVERSIBLE - maybe the most repulsive rape scene ever, but the concept of telling the story backwards so that you can't really connect to the characters is ingeniously
BLUE VELVET - Hopper fucks everything that moves
TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE - pure terror
VISITOR Q - over the top Miike madness, i love it
I SPIT ON YOUR GRAVE - hate the rape, but therefore love the revenge part
THRILLER A CRUEL PICTURE - kill em all, they deserve it!
KEN PARK - a Larry Clark film, so i needn't say much more
REQUIEM FOR A DREAM - that one really got me, especially the "party" scene with Jennifer Connelly's
BAD LEUTENANT - i don't know what creeps me out more, Keitel or the nun who forgives the people who raped her
MARK OF THE DEVIL - sick religiously people part 1
PASSION OF CHRIST - sick religiously people part 2 or how much pain can Jesus bear?
NEKROMANTIK 1+2 - not as disgusting as you'd think, really great films imo
NAKED BLOOD - weird, but i like it
