Valentines Day is of course so much more than a Hallmark holiday. Like all good Americans, I celebrate Valentines Day to commemorate the wonderfull and colorful history of one of this countries most wonderful institutions. The Mafia.

Why if it weren't for the mafia, union members wouldn't be as feared. We wouldn't have thousands of films, television shows, and books to entertain us. People couldn't pass off a command of Goodfellas quotes as "having a personality." And millions of Eye-talian - Americans would go unslandered and un-stereotyped.

So this year, on Valentines day, or Valentimes Day, as I like to call it, celebrate the old fashioned way, and whack some hump.

I was merely commenting on the idea that people need not go out and spend their hard earned money on stupid little presents to show their affection for each other. If you are "in love" then goody goody gum drops for you.
Furthermore, it wouldn't be any fun for me if I hadn't posted such a strong statement and then sat back and watched as I got hammered for it!
