Hooray for me... I quit smoking

Been 1 week now.
I am done with it.

Hooray for me.

With that said, congratulations, I think it's a nasty habit worth discontinuing.

Don't ever say you quit smoking after a week. Good luck though.

I smoke on and off all the time, for some reason I can't get addicted to it and can quit in a sec. I appreciate that it must be hard for people though.

My boyfriend went cold turkey and succeeded.....and now he's back on them again.

Way to go! Quitting was the hardest thing I've ever done. Worst part is that for about 6 months thereafter I'd wake up in the mornings and feel seemingly unexplainable feelings of guilt. One lucid dream later and I discovered I was still smoking in my dreams. Anyways, one week doesn't quite constitute having quit, but it's a good start!
