I don't use mine just for music. Most of the 60gb is taken up with downloaded music and my CD collection, but I also use it as an external hard drive to free up some space on my laptop.

I won mine at a work party raffle type thing. It's 15g, and like 2 years old. If I ever lost it, I'd buy one of the fancy schmancy ones the kids have today. It changed my farking life.

You are all iPod n00bs!

I have an original Mac-only 5GB iPod, a 20GB 3rd gen. iPod with an upgraded battery - gets like 16 hours now (gotta love no click), a gold 1st gen. iPod mini, and a silver 2nd gen. 4GB silver iPod mini.

I'm actually selling my mini's on eBay, message me for a link to them. I run an Apple news website so most of those I got for free or barter. I'm not sure why I have so many, I only use the 20GB one. I'm waiting for the next revision / update to get a 40GB or 60GB iPod. Hurray for music!

I asked my parents for it. They gave it to me for Christmas 2004. It's a 40 gig, no color, no video, but suits me just fine. Has the click wheel. White, of course. It wears an SG iPod cover, and also a leather case to protect it from damage. Drastically oversized headphones, but I wear the earbuds at the gym...
