So, my friend is doing a project about a culture/subculture, and I thought "there's got to be someone on SG who's heard of a really interesting subculture."
Her explanation of the type of group she is looking for is "something like a group of people who like to eat hotdogs in the dark..or whatever. it can be funny, serious, sad doesn't matter. "
I'm guessing you all know of a more interesting subculture than people eating hot dogs in the dark. So let's hear it!
Trampling fetishism is an interesting subculture that I ran across on myspace, of all places. These guys enjoy being physically walked on by several women at a time, sometimes wearing heels and sometimes barefoot. I couldn't find anything good through google or wikipedia on it.
"pony play", aka equestrian something or other. google it. These people put butt plugs in their ass with horse hair on the other end, wear reins, and get other people to ride them.

i always thought discordians were a pretty fun bunch.
The whole parody religion movement, really. The Church of the SubGenius, too, they have national events and whatnot, and to a lesser extent, Invisible Pink Unicorn, Flying Spaghetti Monster, and Intelligent Falling.
The London Bukkake-Gangbang subculture is pretty interesting.
Basically you pay £40-80 to get together with a bunch of other guys (8-12 usually) and fuck girls and cum on their faces.
The girls are either prostitutes, pornstars or girls who love to fuck.
It is completely bonkers, shamanistic and in a way quite moving.
I know we cant link to other adult sites but do a bit of googling around to find out about it.
The dogging subculture is similar but people are decidedly less attractive.
in england, theres that thing called dogging, is that played out?
and furry- related i guess, theres groups of people who draw cartoons having sex, and theres probably another group of people who photoshop heads of celebrities on to naked bodies.
