i thought it was interesting in that article that they were worried about Katey Sagal coming back even though 8 Simple Rules was cancelled a while ago (at least I thought it was?)
and i'm sure that i heard about the direct to DVD movies long before the news ever came about it possible coming back as a series. so both might be happening
