I love her.

Her performance at last years Koneisto Festival was definately one of the highlights of last year when it comes to live shows. She was radiant and her backing band (mostly members of the finnish Op:l Bastards) was great as expected.

I once went to this lame music biz party, just to get free booze and ogle the PR girlies in their tank tops. After five drinks, this DJ duo gets in the box and just rips it like mad! It was Annie and her finnish friend, and it was one of the hottest DJ sets I´ve ever heard. It even made the record exec and A&R scum fade enough or me to enjoy the evening ;-)

wow, what a coincidence. tonight I tried to introduce my dad to annie. I only got through a couple tracks though, 'cause he fell asleep halfway through "greatest hit". no personal offence to annie though, he just does that even when his favourite music is playing.

annie is wonderful. I had never heard of her, but randomly stumbled upon her doing a live set in some tiny bar inside a massive club in barcelona. since then, she's been an addiction, my not-so-guilty bubblegum pop pleasure. I recommend her to anyone who thinks "genius of love" by the tom tom club is the greatest pop record ever written, so good that even mariah carey's 'version' of it actually redeems her whole career.

That's a great little interview! Annie is the best. Not only is her music great, she is also a good person, which makes her all the more special.

I think Annie is pretty awesome I saw her preform in chicago a few months ago. She's excellent live. I hope she comes here again soon!!!!
