Claim Supremacy

A few days ago I was driving to work, and I saw the words "www.claimsupremacy.com ~ The Empire Is Forever" across the rear windshield of a car. Curious, I looked up the site...it's a clothing company that seems to think that America is an empire that will go on forever.

I find the notion proposterous - no empire lasts forever, and this website, if it is the genuine article and not some cheap gimmick, is offensive and even downright scary. Take a look.

What do you guys think?

Seems too over the top to be anything but a gimmick.

I only clicked on this thread cause I'm stoned and thought it said "CLAM" supremacy and since clams are pretty tasty with butter and all seafood in general is pretty damn good I thought it sounded like a pretty sweet website.

Then i found out it was world supremecy or something and thats seriously disappointing. frown

The Reasons not to buy our product if:

1. You enjoy a life of mediocrity.

2. You are obese and/or lazy.

3. You are content with buying all foreign made products.

4. You feel American made products are inferior.

5. You support child labor in other countries to make your product.

6. You get satisfaction in putting the nail in the coffin of America by buying foreign products.

7. You are a dead wieght to the empire, unproductive and useless.

8. YOUR AMERICAN FLAG, PATRIOTIC AMERICAN T-SHIRT, OR YOUR SUPPORT OUR TROOP

STICKER IS MADE IN CHINA.

9. You like buying meaningless crap!

it almost looks like a self-reflexive joke...

the most laughable part of this site is the "COMMUNIQUE" link...a french word on a site that is trying to sell pure American Nationalism.

*edited b/c i found yet another laughable element of this site. They cite this link as a "next reason to Buy American" The article cited doesn't even apply...in fact, if it does anything, it dissproves their point.

unreal.
