I have my armpit fully tattooed and I have to say that the elbow hurt more, so you will never know what hurts more until you get your whole body tattooed.

elbow didn't hurt. armpit hurt. spine a little. Throat and ribs look tuff to handle. I know about three different people that started a rib piece and never finished it. One guy threw up during his adam's apple.
