Who hates MySpace?

hey, without myspace, where else would I find under age falloutboy fans that "want 2 chat sumtime"?

myspace is a pretty good replacement for mp3.com. . .but that's about all that's good about it

(even if I did manage to find most of the people I went to school with on it)

but then. . .just about every other problem I have with myspace stems from the fact that ALL SUBCULTURES ARE LAME

I love myspace for what it can do for bands.

myspace is the bane of my existence because it looks like crap. it's more irritating to me then ytmnd.com. I hate the mistake of having my sound on and going into an account and getting reamed with loud bad audio, flashing images, and page designs that make WindowsXP seem like a good color scheme.

Not to mention I have an issue with the place because it's been marketed to tweens and young teens as the place to be. My sister hates me because I banned her from the site after veiwing it for a few hours and deciding that was the last place I wanted her to hang out online and meet new people.

It makes me long for the old days were idiots made their own sites. Yes, they were hideous, pointless and irritating but at least they had to make the page and figure out how to upload it.

It may have sucked but at least there was a hint of effort being put into what they were doing, Maybe a little bit of savyy, even if not done code correct.


On the other hand I have actually found the one in a million page where its a little more then "OMGEXPLODE"

I just recently got one because I can get in contact with friends i haven't seen/talked to in years. That's the only real purpose for me.

After I saw this I just had to go see who from my highschool are on there. Turns out the girl I used to play with when I was 5 is a Lesbian. Which makes alittle mad because she used to force me to play wedding.

when you make music that takes the piss out of teenagers, pop culture and subcultures constantly, Myspace is GREAT inspiration.

hell, Anal Cunt probably has 4 full albums written thanks to that site

Yes, myspace is Not because of the people, either. The way it's set up has alot to do with it, for me.
