hey was wondering if anyone had info on dreads....i looked at www.dreadheadhq.com, good site...just would have to buy the kit, but i was wondering if anyone would have any type of info on it, so that i could start too...

Stop washing and combing your hair. I had dreads years ago and this worked perfectly. I've seen a few people since then try all kinds of crazy stuff, but none of it worked as well. Even if you use a kit or some thing to get the ball rolling, I still suggest you do not wash, comb, or even get it wet, really. It'll take a little time, but it's well worth it in the end.

kewl man thatnks...it should take no time at all for me, cause my hair is mad curly, like intensely curly.i havnt been washing but iv been getting it wet...does wet really matter in this case?

Curly hair will really help.
I say don't get it wet cause it seems like when you're starting off, it'll rinse all the junk out of your hair. I had a friend who went swiming and his dreads just fell apart. But, if your hair is super curly, this may not be a problem. If you do get it wet, it might be a good idea to try to sleep on it right after. wink
