I skimmed through it, until I got to the part where he slammed Dane Cook. That's the line.

I liked that letter. I also find Larry the Cable Guy pretty funny. Yes, it's dick & fart joke funny...but it's still funny to me. I do wince a little at the racist, homophibic stuff...but I'd be lying if I said, on the whole, that I don't find him amusing.

However...the people who yell "git-r-done" for no apparent reason need to die horrible, painful deaths.

I'm happy David Cross took a few minutes out his schedule of rimming indie rock bands and wrote some shit about Dane Cook, that man is terrible.

It's me, David Cross. Recently I was shooting something for my friends at "Wonder Showzen" (the funniest, most subversive comedy on American T.V. at the moment)

I now officially hate David Cross a thousand times more than I could ever hate Larry the cable guy.

Well, I suppose I've already covered part of that in the above. But you also specifically dumb down your speech while making hundreds of purposefully grammatical errors. How do I know this? It's on page 17 of your book wherein you describe how you would "Larry" up your commentaries for radio. What does it mean to "Larry" something up? Take a wild guess. The reason you feel the need to "Larry" something up? Because you are not that dumb. I mean you, Dan Whitney, the guy who's name the bank account is under. You were born and raised in Nebraska (hardly The South), went to private school and moved to Florida when you were 16. This is when you developed your accent?!

this explains why he was mocking larry last night on that special on comedy central by yelling, "git-r-done!" at the beginning and end of his segment.

I was actually never clear on who was rimming who. Was it "Check it out, David Cross increases our hip indie image exponentially" or "Check me out, I'm still relevant because I'm in a Strokes video"?
