when you are linking a larger image with the url tab when it gets to space where you usually put in the title for your link: just insert the smaller image url address with the [img] tags placed on it as well.

like this

[ URL= http:// this is the place where your larger image url address goies ] and in this space you put the samller url [ img ] http:// [ img/ ]

but of course without all the space in between.

Looks like the lines are wrapping funny. If you delete the ones that aren't showing up and then put them in again on their own lines, it might work better. Basically, try to get it so that neither the link nor the name of the image is wrapping in the comment box.
