Don't deny it; you've always wondered what humans taste like. Now you can find out!
Hufu is a human-flesh alternative you can buy that is completely vegan!
The site also features this, one of the most hilarious things I've ever seen...and I'm a vegetarian animal-lover.

I'll conclude this post with a recipe:

Lechter's Liver with Fava Beans
This is really a treat for the cannibal gourmand. Doctor Lechter famously preferred this dish with a nice Chianti. I have had this dish many times with my perhaps unorthodox choice, Pinot Grigio from the region of Friuli, but I must concur with the good doctor that a high-quality Chianti best complements the subtle taste, texture and aroma of this recipe.
Recipe Ingredients:
* 1 ½ pounds Lecter's Favorite Liver
* 4 ounces fava beans, boiled
* 2 tablespoons virgin olive oil
* 1 tablespoon white wine
* Salt
* Pepper Parsley
Preparation Instructions:
* Boil fava beans until tender, 4 to 5 minutes.
* Slice into very thin strips the Lecter's Favorite Liver (or human liver, trimmed)
* Heat in large skillet over medium heat 2 tablespoons virgin olive oil.
* Add in the fava beans.
* Cook 3-4 minutes until beans turn golden.
* Scrape beans onto a plate. Add 1 additional tablespoon oil to skillet and heat over medium heat. Add liver and salt and pepper to taste. Raise heat to high and cook about 3 minutes (or more if human liver used: cook until the liver just loses its pink color, but do not overcook!)
* Return fava beans to the pan and add 1 tablespoon white wine.
* Stir until beans have been heated through for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.

Ah, but how wouldja know it tastes like the real thing and not, say, a fattier, saltier tofurkey?

And if you were a cannibal, would you really be concerned with cruelty-free meats?

Well, if you considered humans to be animals (which I do) and if you were concerned with animal rights, then I guess you would. But then you wouldn't be a cannibal either...you'd just be a vegan surreal
