Crunches, crunches, crunches.

I work in a pizza diner so excersizing is a must if I want to avoid weighing five hundred pounds! biggrin The older I get, the more they matter. After my surgery a few months ago, I had to stay in bed for six weeks and I swear my waistline doubled. ACK Still working on that dammit, it needs to go back to the way it was so I can hide the scar with a tattoo! tongue

I just took up jogging about two months ago. This is the least characteristic thing that I've ever done. I still feel weird about it. whatever

Gym three days a week and a healthy diet (except for the occasional junk food snack). NO FAST FOOD!.. i.e., McDonalds, Burger Sling, Wendy's, etc... Not eating late at night is also a HUGE help with staying in shape. If I get hungry late I'll try to have some fruit or raw vegetables to hold me over until breakfast... it's real hard in today's processed food world but you can make do if you have the willpower for it. I'm getting closer and closer to being a vegetarian... some day I'll make the transition complete. Not sure if I'll ever make it all the way to Vegan (that's the healthiest lifestyle).

I ride my bike to the bars, I don't know how this is going to pan out during the cold this winter since my drinking is being done at home, but I ride whenever I can, and I have a high metabolism I think, it's either that, or how I get distracted with music, mechanical, electrical, or electomechanical projects, and forget to eat. If course the head begins to hurt and I get foggy minded, and eat soon after, but when I eat, it's as much healthy, organic, unprocessed foods, but in addition, I don't fill up on it, I end to nibble until pleasantly clear minded, wait until hungry, and then nibble some more. So I belive in slow food ( www.slowfoodd.org ), I beleive in healthy, organic, sustainably grown food (www.indyweek.com/durham/davidauerbach.html ), and I excercise when I can, and nibble rather than gourge. kiss

I'm a vegetarian and I used to play the home version of Dance Dance Revolution a lot. But these days I don't eat well or do DDR anymore so I'm not in the best shape.
