I heard Canada has a grand total of 1 tank.
Based on that, I guess they, as a whole, are not good at owning more than 1 tank.

I personally don't like Canadian beer, but admitting brings about riots (See "Canadian Bacon").

There is a wee place in town that makes it's own beer, including root beer. I challenge anyone not to love it.

Hey we have helicopers as well as a tank. They just fall out of the sky from time to time.

actually Canada is selling of the 60 Leporad Tanks we have for a wheeled armoured vechile as we need that more... and the armoured strykers are tank killers and have a double funtion.

The Canadian Military is very good at what it does, and is finally getting some of the funding it wasn't getting while our gov't was balancing our books..

Granted our tanks still defeat US Defending forces at the Fort Knox operation regularly. tongue

So, you're saying that the random guy I talked to on the street is misinformed?

Can't say I'm surprised. A single tank for a large country sounds a bit off.
Also, the man had, how do you say, a bias against Canadians. I'm really not sure why. He wouldn't go into it. Maybe Canada destroyed his marriage? Doesn't matter.

Good to know something factual.

well one of our national past times is making fun of our military. It's kinda of a tradition. we traditionally maintain a small defensive peace time military and if war breaks out we as a nation step up. in the Second World War for example 1 in every 14 Canadians were enlisted in the military and by D-day German Soldiers say Canadians as the Shock Troops of the British. Sorta like the Waffen SS. in fact on D-Day Canadians faced Rommel's Panzer division

But ya we have a few more tanks for now then 1...
though it's our Air Forces that is currently becoming jokish.. Our gov't dosen't understand that we need to replace our CF-18s not upgrade and referbish them.

Excuse me! The czech budvar is not the same as your Bud. In fact it is one of the best beers in the world. If I remember correctly Budweiser kind of stole the brandname. Europe is not taking responsibility for your cheap excuse for a beer. Yeah well, wink
