Rob Zombie is really developing into a skilled director. While his first feature film House of 1000 Corpses is really hit or miss for people, The Devils Rejects, is undeniable a better quality film. The Devils Rejects plot of three serial killers who kill and maim while being hunted by rogue sheriff may put some people off their lunch. It shows that Zombie is poised to become a major filmmaker. same here. i fucking adore that movie. when i bought the dvd i had such a hard time tracking it down, it was sold out everywhere. i finally found one last copy at HMV and snagged it, walked around the store a bit and then paid for it. when i got to the counter the guy cashing me out says, "ah so you had it! someone just came in here looking for it and i knew we had one copy left but figured someone must have gotten to it first."

phew, i was lucky.

I'm such a big fan of all of his work. Everything Zombie does leaves me utterly speechless. House of 1000 Corpses was a pretty good movie, but The Devil's Rejects really took the Firefly Clan to another level for me. I can't wait to get the unrated version, and be enthralled all over again.

Haha...Back in 2005 he says that things like Halloween should be left alone because they get worse when they're revsited. Jump forward to 2007, and Rob Zombie's remake of Halloween is getting ready to hit theaters.
