Hello...I have to translate a recipe from English to French for my homework (I'm doing an English degree, and as if that wasn't enough work they make us take two extra subjects...the only part of my course I am actually enjoying in any way is my French elective course, I love it, but I am not very good.).
I picked one that sounds delicious and if I wasn't so bloody lazy maybe I'd actually cook it one day.
If anyone can find it in their heart to read this, and point out all my mistakes so I can clean it up, I'd be very grateful! (especially if you do it with the minimum of sniggering at how rubbish I am). I especially suck at changing verb endings and so on. And I confess to simply making up bits that I couldn't work out.
Pâtes crémeuses de crabe, avec les artichaut
300g pâtes fraîches
750ml crème
50g beurre non salé
125g coeurs dartichaut en boîte
3 ciboule haché
50g Parmesan
250g crabe
du sel, du poivre
un peu du persil
Cuire à leau les pâtes comme 3-5 minutes, et drainez.
En attendant, bouilliez le crème, ajoutez un peu de beurre, et en puis les artichauts et ciboule, et sauté comme 2-3 minutes. Ajoutez 25g de Parmesan et le crabe, et faire chauffez.
Agitez les pâtes avec le reste du beurre, et versez le sauce dessus le pâtes.
Ajoutez du sel et du poivre, et saupoudrez avec le Parmesan. Garniez avec le persil, et voila!

I can correct the french recipe, because I understood that's what you need (I might be wrong, I don't understand why Germany translated it in english that might be the opposite you have to do)

Mélangez les pâtes avec le reste du beurre, et versez la sauce sur les pâtes.
Ajoutez du sel et du poivre, et saupoudrez avec le Parmesan. Garnir avec le persil, et voila!
