"I am writing today to explain a new policy I am rolling out shortly. Because of the LDH staffing shortage, I am looking to reward you all for any referral for staff employment that leads to a successful hire at the LDH program. If you can get me a resume of someone who I determine is a fit and hire, FCP will give you $100.once that person attends orientation. If they successfully finish their orientation period (six months for those of you who forgot) FCP will give you an additional $200. If they stay for one year FCP will give you another $200.00. So thatÂ’s $500 for one great resume. Please give anyone you can think of my cell number or business card! Also, let them know they are entitled to a one time $100 sign on bonus! What a win/win situation; they get a sign on bonus, you get a referral bonus, and they get to be part of a world class treatment team!
It's a duel diagnosis residential program on cape cod. About $12/h to start, 6 weeks paid vacation. Health, Dental, Life and 401k. Etc.
I may bitch about the job a lot but it can be rewarding. If interested contact me and I'll get you any info you need.
I don't know what a " duel diagnosis residential program" is, and cape cod has to be about 4 hours from here at the shortest.
Also, I have nothing to actually put on a resume.
But I want a new job.
Yeah exactly when is this "six month orientation" going to be taking place, winter or spring? Also, why not spell out the acronyms for everyone here and what exactly the job entails?
Fcp is family Continuity programs we are a sub division on CareDevelopment Inc.
Duel Diagnosis means MI patients with High Level (but functional) Mental Inlessess (such as Borderline Personality Disorder, Sczophrenia) with a form od Addiction.
The job would be depending on your education lever. Most of us are advocates, meaning we help couch the clients who live in the house towards meeting personal goals or if you end up on the overnight shift, you'll basically be security.
The Sixt Month Orientation (I Belive) depends on when you start. The way I understand it is that she meant if the person LASTS 6 months.
I won't lie it can be stressful and sometimes draining. But some of the required trainings will help you later on. These include MAP (meaning you can give out meds) CPR and First Aid. As well as others.
